Pre-orders

Items marked as “pre-order” are not currently in stock and are expected to be dispatched once inventory is received. Any estimated delivery or dispatch dates provided are indicative only and may be subject to change due to factors outside our control.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

If there is a significant delay to your order, you will be contacted with an update and available options.

 

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. As of the 14th of April, 2026, any order cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value (including shipping) to cover administrative and processing costs.

This fee will not apply where you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
