Sale Returns Policy:
Items bought during the Birthday Sale can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. We can’t offer refunds for change of mind on sale items. Returns must meet our standard returns conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached, and returns must be requsted within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies to all sale purchases, even after the sale ends.

This doesn’t change your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or fails a consumer guarantee, you’re entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.

Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a major failure, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods aren’t of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure, you’re entitled to have them repaired or replaced.
