If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange options for all Australian orders:
Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.
Full priced items (including items purchased with a 10% welcome discount) can be returned for either:
- Full refund
- Credit note to the value of 110%
- Exchange
Returned items must be in their original condition with tags still intact. Items that have been worn, altered or washed, will not be accepted.
Please try on your BELSKI garments with care. Items with visible fake tan or makeup stains will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the return shipping cost and any other fees incurred.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to five business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges & Store credit
Please note, exchange requests are subject to product availability.
We offer exchanges on all new and unworn items, which will be dispatched once the original items have been received and processed by our team.
Approved exchanges are sent with complimentary standard delivery.
Credit notes are issued at 110% of the purchase value via a digital gift card. Store credit vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Return shipping
A $10 pre-paid shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request, which will be deducted from your refund.
A $10 processing fee will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
BELSKI is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to return parcels.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is deemed faulty, please email us at info@belski.com.au with the subject line 'FAULTY' and your order number.
Faulty products will be be assessed on a case-by-case basis and do not include general wear and tear.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. As of the 14th of April, 2026, any order cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value (including shipping) to cover administrative and processing costs.
If you need an urgent adjustment regarding size or colour choice, please contact us ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (NZ, EUROPE, US & REST OF WORLD)
For US orders, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the duties & taxes and any original shipping fees incurred.
For NZ, UK, Europe & Rest of world orders, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Any duties & taxes paid upon arrival will not be refunded by BELSKI.

International orders will also incur a $20 AUD processing fee.
BELSKI is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to internationally returned parcels.
