COMMITMENT
Our approach to sustainability begins with our design process. We have chosen to embrace the philosophy of fewer, better pieces, by creating garments that belong to season-less collections.
In doing so, we also hope you will consider these pieces as investments to your wardrobe & inspire you to have a more mindful relationship with fashion - one that values longevity over excess consumption.
TEXTILES & PRODUCTION
We aim to use natural fabrics in our garments due to their kinder approach on the environment. Our silk garments are made with fabrics that have been custom-printed by skilled artisians, a process we plan to share more about in the coming months.
Our factory partners across Asia have been independently audited with BSCI & SMETA certifications that meet global standards regarding labour rights and environmental impact.
Environmental Impact
We are committed to making environmentally responsible choices where we can, which is why we produce in limited quantities to avoid mass production.
Our BELSKI garments are shipped in FSC-certified mailers and come in recyclable packaging. The mailing bags are double sealed, meaning you can re-use the satchel for returns & exchanges.
We are committed to this journey of sustainability and hold ourselves to high standards regarding our social and environmental impact.
Caring for your BELSKI garments
We are proud to announce that we have partnered with CLEVERCARE, a not-for-profit organisation aiming to educate consumers on sustainable laundry habits to extend the life of their clothes as well as reducing their water & energy use.
Please refer to the GINETEX symbols on your BELSKI garments for washing and dry cleaning instructions.
